F Series Compact Wheel Loaders
Ideal for general construction, greening, and logistics operations, the compact wheel loader replaces skid steer loaders with advantages in lift capacity, ground clearance, cab height/field of view, and versatility. The new 21F, 121F, 221F and 321F machines have increased accessories compatibility and are equipped with unique new electronic controls that make the cab more comfortable, improving machine performance and reducing operator fatigue. The two smaller models, the 21F and 121F, feature dual independent loader arm designs – the z-bar model offers higher breakout forces when using buckets and similar accessories, and parallel lift when loading and transporting with forklifts and other lifting accessories Arms increase stability and balance.
The new model's cab height is reduced by up to 13 inches while the footprint is reduced, so these new models are easier to load and transport.
These new compact wheel loaders meet the Tier 4 Final standard and incorporate a particulate matter catalyst solution in the machine's cooling exhaust gas recirculation (CEGR) engine. This solution includes a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and a high-efficiency flow filter, eliminating the need for filter replacement (compared to conventional diesel particulate filters). The DOC can convert exhaust emissions into neutral gas. The remaining particulate matter is passed through a high-efficiency flow filter where it is stored and burned.
All new F-Series compact wheel loaders are equipped with unique new electronic controls that increase accuracy and reduce operator fatigue compared to mechanical controls With a simple rocker switch and control panel, the operator can increase the engine speed and operating parameters without affecting the speed. Operators can add accessories to improve performance and productivity, such as cold milling machines or sweepers that require low travel speeds and high speeds. All four machines feature the CASE's automatic travel control feature, which was previously reserved for large-scale equipment and is activated at high speeds to reduce spillage and machine rotation.
Accessories Universality = Universal Application <br> With standard auxiliary hydraulics or high flow options, Models 221F and 321F provide higher power for auxiliary accessories (eg graders and milling machines) requiring higher flow rates select. In addition, users can utilize a variety of accessories through new horizontal pin connectors, including products from other manufacturers.
