According to reports, the market for loaders in China, especially large-scale loaders, has grown rapidly. At present, China imports more than 300 large-scale loaders of more than 6 tons each year. It is expected that the loader will need about 30,000 during the “15th Five-year Plan” period, of which more than 10% will be 6 tons of mainframes and the demand will be as high as 3,000 or more.
According to the company’s introduction, large wheel loaders are the company’s leading products. This cooperation is aimed at filling and filling up existing equipment, adding and importing some key high-efficiency advanced process equipment, and focusing on transformation of the material and stamping. Workshops, structural parts welding workshops, structural parts processing sections and complete locomotive paint workshops, localized transformation of key equipment and new computer-controlled testing systems. Cooperation can take the form of loans, joint ventures and other international channels. The project plans to invest a total of 300 million yuan, with a construction period of one year. It is expected that the annual output will reach 1,000 units after completion, with an annual sales income of 760 million yuan, a profit of 11.04 million yuan, an investment recovery period of 3.5 years, and an internal rate of return of 23.13%.
