Oil leakage of Loader gearbox housing is a common problem. Oil leakage may be caused by the quality of gearbox box, oil quality, oil seal quality, internal and external pressure of box and other problems. In addition, if oil filling is too much, it can also lead to overflow. The transmission box should take measures according to the actual situation when leakage occurs. Here we introduce a simple treatment method. If it is the oil leakage caused by the quality problem of the gearbox box casting, the casting oil leakage can be cleaned with gasoline and other cleaning agents, and then the concentration of hydrochloric acid of 20% can be poured into the casting, and then the hydrochloric acid comes out and cleaned after a day, and the chemical reaction generates ferrous chloride to plug the trachoma or crack.
The oil splashed on the inner wall of the gearbox box cannot return to the oil sump as soon as possible, resulting in gradual oil leakage along the shaft. An oil seal can be installed on the shaft head and an oil throw ring can be used to prevent oil leakage back to the oil pool. The annular oil return groove can also be designed on the seat surface of the base to let the oil flow back to the tank and part of the split back to the bearing for lubrication. Gear box cleaning and maintenance machine gear box for the original oil supply and discharge system and filter the old oil can realize the cleaning of the gear box, waste oil rapid filtration, filling new oil and other functions, the operation does not change the hardware facilities, do not add cleaning agent, to ensure the safe operation of the gear box, prolong the service life. The main reason for oil leakage is that the internal pressure of gearbox is greater than the external pressure. This situation is usually the ventilation plug above the box block, remove and clean and replace the filter.
