The test of the group injection pump and governor assembly should generally be performed on a dedicated test bench. The test diesel oil is No. 0 or No. 10 diesel oil, and must be filtered or precipitated. The following are the tests and adjustments for the B Series and B Series Enhanced Injection Pump and Governor Assembly.
Before the test adjustment, inject the oil into the fuel pump and governor to the specified oil level. At the same time, connect the inlet, low pressure fuel pipeline and high pressure oil pipe, loosen the bleeder screw on the pump body (as shown in Figure 1), start the test bench, put the air in the fuel injection pump, and then tighten the bleeder screw Then, the speed of the test bed shall be turned on for 15 minutes at the rated rotation speed. Oil leakage shall not occur at all joints, and all moving parts shall operate normally.
The test adjustment content and steps are as follows:
First, the adjustment of fuel injection time
1. Turn the camshaft in the direction of the adapter according to Fig. 3, slowly rotate the camshaft, observe the return injector orifice of the standard injector connected to the first cylinder of the fuel injection pump, and the oil in the orifice begins to fluctuate. Immediately stop the rotation and record the reading of the scale on the test stand. Then using the first cylinder as a reference, use the same method to determine the angle at which the other cylinders and the first cylinder are separated by the oil supply sequence in the oil supply sequence shown in Fig. 3. The deviation from the specified angle must not exceed ±30'. Adjust the height of the wheel body. Just adjust or turn the adjustment screw on the wheel body when adjusting (as shown in Figure 2). Adjust the tightening adjustment screws within the specified range (Note: There are two types of wheel body parts for different models).
2. After the adjustment, check the clearance between the plunger and the top plane of the oil valve. The clearance should be 0.4~1mm. During the inspection, a thick gauge can be inserted between the timing screw on the roller body and the bottom surface of the plunger to measure.
Second, fuel injection pump adjustment of the amount of oil
The fuel supply of the fuel injection pump at nominal speed and idling speed should reach the value specified in Figure 4. Otherwise, adjust according to the following method: Pull the adjusting rod of the fuel pump to stop the direction of oil supply, use the small screwdriver to loosen the locking screw on the adjusting gear, and insert a thin iron rod into the oil control sleeve. In the small hole, tap gently to change the relative position of the adjusting gear and the oil control sleeve. If the supply of oil to the branch pump is excessive, turn it to the left; if the supply is too low, turn it to the right. Tighten the locking screws after adjustment.
Third, the governor to stop the rotation speed (that is, the maximum speed) adjustment
Fix the joystick at the rated speed so that the high speed limit screw is in contact with the joystick, the injection pump adjustment tooth rod collides with the oil limit stop screw, and then slowly increase the speed of the injection pump camshaft to the fuel supply of the injection pump. Decrease until the fuel supply is stopped. The speed at this time should meet the requirements of Figure 3. Otherwise, adjust the high speed limit screw position to meet the requirement.
Fourth, governor speed stability check and adjustment
1. Fix the joystick to the rated rotation speed and slowly increase the speed of the camshaft. When the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump starts to decrease, immediately maintain the rotation speed of the camshaft, and then carefully observe the adjustment gear and the adjustment tooth rod. Movement phenomenon.
2. When the camshaft rotation speed is 400r/min, 250r/min or any other rotation speed, use the method of changing the position of the joystick. At this time, check the adjusting gear and adjusting the gear rod so that there is no movement phenomenon.
3. When unstable at low speed, slowly rotate the low-speed stabilizer until the rotation speed is stable and then fix it. The factory's diesel engine has been adjusted well. When not necessary, the user should not move it. Only after disassembly and repair is required to make adjustments, and pay attention to the low speed stabilizer can not be screwed in too much, so as to avoid the lowest stable speed is too high.
