Tooth mandrel loader

The use of a small taper mandrel precision car outer blank and end, in the equipment conditions are poor, and small-scale production is widely used. However, the disadvantage of the processing technology is that the mandrel and the tooth blank are difficult to load and unload, the labor intensity is large, and the mandrel is easily crushed, which affects the processing precision of the tooth blank. To this end, I have designed a mandrel handler for the blank machining as shown in the figure.
