Tractor gearbox maintenance knowledge

The main causes of failure of the tractor gearbox are deformation or wear of shafts, bearings, gears, forks, pins and springs. If the maintenance is not timely or properly handled, the oil level of the lubricant is too low, and the lubricant oil is not replaced in time; improper shifting operation and damage to the gear end face all result in deterioration of the gearbox technology.
According to the maintenance and operation method, it can obviously reduce the speed change and prolong the service life.
(1) Always check the tightness of each gearbox connection and tighten it if necessary. Always inspect the oil seals on the shaft end and external joints for oil leakage and oil leakage. If necessary, decompose the oil seals and paper mats that are ineffective, and tighten the screws. Regularly change the new oil. When changing the oil, the dirty oil should be drained hot and cleaned with diesel oil or kerosene. The newly replaced lubricating oil should meet the specified requirements.
(2) When shifting gears, the shift lever cannot be operated too hard to avoid teething and damage to the components such as the shift forks. Do not shift the gear until the clutch is completely disengaged so as not to damage the gear. When you are transporting your job, you can stop shifting. The clutch should not be engaged too fast, so as not to cause the transmission parts to be subjected to the impact load, resulting in the early spalling of the tooth surface, the crushing of the surface of the transmission spline shaft, and even the breakage of the chain shaft. It is strictly forbidden to overcome the heavy load or overcome obstacles by slamming the clutch pedal to reduce impact wear on the gear.
