However, this lubrication method needs to cooperate with a more efficient oil circuit circulation system and a higher-precision seal, otherwise it is easy to cause gear oil leakage pollution.
2, pay attention to the role of the oil level gauge, gear oil not overfilled
When filling the main gear box with gear oil, if the filling is too full, it will not only cause oil leakage, the gear box will overheat, but also the oil mist in the engine room of the fan room with limited space due to the oil mist emission under high temperature conditions. Pollution phenomenon. In addition, after the temperature in the nacelle is reduced, the oil mist will settle on the various mechanical and electrical components in the nacelle. When it encounters a high temperature, it may easily cause an electrical short circuit or even a burning accident.
3, gear oil viscosity index, cleanliness index with both hands
Because of the large temperature difference in most wind farms, and the fact that wind turbines work at high altitudes for many years, many wind turbine manufacturers attach great importance to the viscous temperature index of fan gear oils, in order to maintain good physicochemical stability of oil bodies under high and low temperature conditions. , viscosity and low temperature fluidity to meet design lubrication requirements.
However, many manufacturers have neglected the cleanliness index of the gear oil of the main gearbox. The degree of cleanliness of the oil body directly affects the amount of corrosive colloidal impurities produced in the oil at high temperature, and it also directly affects the clean dispersion of the oil body under low temperature conditions, which indirectly influences the freeness of the oil body. Acid and alkali production and sludge. Therefore, we must not only pay attention to the viscosity index of gear oil, but also pay attention to the cleanliness index.
4, choose the right gearbox oil
Just like the blood circulating in our body, gearbox oil is just like our blood for gearbox. Blood is a very effective body cleaner. From arterial blood to venous blood, the doctor will tell us that venous blood is generally more than arterial. Blood is darker. Because the arterial blood is just like the gear oil that has just been put into the gearbox of the fan, the cleanliness is high and the oxidation resistance is very strong. However, after circulating through the body, the venous blood contains many oxidizing substances and harmful impurities in the body. It is filtered through the liver and kidneys. Detoxifies organs and excretes harmful substances from the body. The gear oil is also required to have a relatively good cleaning ability, can mechanical impurities generated after the long-term operation of the gear box, various oxides and chemical accumulations are washed down from the metal surfaces of gears and bearings, to avoid them running to these friction pairs.
